Automotive, tourism and comics on the one hand, logistics, lasers and finance on the other – trade fair Stuttgart presents itself as a broad-based location. As the sixth largest exhibition centre in Germany, the area is both the venue for various public fairs and trade fairs. The most well-known trade fairs in the B2C sector include Caravan, Motor and Tourism (CMT) and Retro Classics. In the past, trade fair Stuttgart also hosted Comic Con Germany. The trade fairs include leading international trade fairs such as
- the Metalworking Exhibition (AMB),
- Bondexpo (industrial bonding technology),
- Invest (finance and investment),
- LASYS (laser material processing) and
- the Logimat (distribution, material and information flow).
The mix of public and trade fairs attracts more than one million visitors to trade fair Stuttgart every year. With a total of ten halls, including the International Congress Centre Stuttgart (ICS), the 120,000 square metre site offers ideal conditions for this. The transport connections are good and there are direct connections to the A8 motorway, the B27, the airport and the S-Bahn. More than 8,000 parking spaces are available to visitors arriving by car in the nearby multi-storey car park.
